SM fiber output stabilized LD light source

LDS1003 is a compact, lightweight, and low-cost LD light source that combines a pigtailed LD module with a power and drive circuit. It requires no adjustment and outputs 1mW of LD light immediately after power-on. The wavelength can be selected from 375nm to 1640nm depending on the type of LD. The drive circuit has a built-in APC function, ensuring stable output over long periods. The optical output is provided through a single-mode fiber (1m in length) tailored to the wavelength, producing a spatially stable circular beam with no mode noise. We also accept custom manufacturing with LDs specified by the customer. ■Features ● Optical output: 1mW ● Wavelength selection: 375, 406, 445, 473, 635, 650, 670, 785, 808, 830, 850, 904, 980, 1060, 1310, 1480, 1550, 1640nm ● High stability: ±1% stability (under constant temperature) due to the APC function ● SM fiber output: Spatially stable circular beam through SM fiber output tailored to the wavelength ● Compact and lightweight: Palm-sized, integrated fiber, body, and AC adapter ● Custom manufacturing with customer-specified LDs is also available.

A SM fiber output LD light source that can select a variety of wavelengths in the UV, visible, and infrared ranges, achieving high output and wavelength stability through temperature control.

FOLS-02 is a compact semiconductor laser light source that integrates output SM fiber, semiconductor laser elements, drive circuits, temperature control circuits, and power supply. By simply turning on the power supply, it immediately outputs laser light in the milliwatt range from the end of the SM fiber. The semiconductor laser element is temperature-controlled, providing excellent long-term output stability and wavelength stability. Depending on the application, wavelengths can be selected from the UV, visible, and infrared ranges. It is also possible to emit pulsed light through external TTL trigger input.

The "OPS-1000" is a benchtop SLD light source (CW). It provides high-stability output with less than ±0.05dB and high-stability wavelength output with less than ±10pm. The front panel features an easy-to-read VFD display that shows the SLD temperature, current, and output power. The OPS-LD05 series is a CW light source for embedded devices. It is available in 1310nm/16mW and 1530–1610nm/40mW, with the 1530–1610nm/40mW version allowing for ITU frequencies to be specified in increments of 0.1THz.
